Two strong signs of our commitment to the promotion of the diversity of scientific professions ! And two signals renewed most recently when our professional equality agreement between women and men was renewed, in partnership with our elected officials for the next four years.
Since then, a Thirty of employees (because yes, men have their place in this momentum) are involved in these associations and regularly mobilize to meet young girls, help them discover scientific and technical professions and convince them to choose this path!
In fact, whether on the occasion of 100% female recruitment forum organized every year by Elles Bougent, or during the” Live my life as an engineer and technician ” conducted regularly in our various design offices and in partnership with our customers, or even during testimonies in associations' partner establishments, from primary school to engineering school, through middle and high schools where orientation choices are made... our sponsors and relays have thus raised the awareness of more than 2,000 young girls and thus supported the diversity of professions and the place of women in industry and engineering.
