This is why the Vulcain teams have taken part in the diversity fresco game in recent days. This collective intelligence game, designed by ESSEC Business School, makes it possible to raise awareness and questions about the issues of diversity, inclusion and discrimination within organizations.
After experimenting with the game of a thousand steps last year, the godmothers Elles Bougent and WIN France, the HR, recruitment and occupational health teams, as well as the managers, gave their all during this fresco of diversity. And because the energy of the Vulcain teams has no limits, we will soon be deploying it in our agencies, by inviting our employees to play it as well.
