At the request of the teaching teams, the focus is on jobs in the energy and environment sectors. Professions with meaning because at the heart of today's challenges to fight global warming, to lead the energy transition of our country and continent, to protect biodiversity, to develop more sustainable mobility... And jobs have a bright future : isn't there a shortage of nearly 50,000 engineers and technicians in France today to meet these challenges?
So thank you to the three Vulcain employees who spoke passionately to these young people, further proof of the Group's investment, at all levels, to encourage scientific careers!
- Benjamin, technician responsible for engineering, to present the jobs of our design offices, in France and internationally, in particular the modeling professions
- Léa, process engineer, to talk in particular about energy transition jobs (Co2 management, green hydrogen, biofuels, etc.)
- Frédéric, rotating machine engineer, for a focus on rotating machines in the energy sector
Their message to young people: “Engineering is waiting for you, come and build the low-carbon world of tomorrow! ”
And a new way is possible to get there: the Engineer course. A new apprenticeship training path, deployed by Syntec-Ingénierie and its members, public authorities and engineering schools.
