For one week, 14 of our godmothers and relays were thus in contact with more than 600 middle and high school girls, and had at heart, with conviction and sincerity, to:
- Raise their awareness to scientific and technological careers, through their testimonies
- Inform them on the variety of jobs and training paths leading to engineering jobs
- Encouraging vocations for jobs of the future in industry, sources of technological innovation, and necessary for the renewal and sustainability of our industrial equipment in its entirety
- Deconstructing preconceived ideas, stereotypes and obstacles by showing that women have a place in industrial jobs
Pauline, Design Office Development Manager: These high school students are in the middle of thinking about the rest of their school career and it is interesting to advise them on all the possibilities available in the world of industry but also to reassure them by communicating about our experiences and our backgrounds. They now have this chance in addition, through the Elles Bougent association and the exchanges with the godmothers, that I would have liked to have had at their age in high school.
