What did you learn at Vulcain that you wouldn't have learned elsewhere?
Vulcan believed in me and gave me the opportunity to exercise a position of responsibility. I was able to learn how to manage a team and increase my skills in my field. Such responsibilities might not have been given to me in another company!
What makes you wake up in the morning?
As a Platform Manager (in the logistics field), my missions are very diversified, I am constantly learning new things. For me, routine does not exist!
The atmosphere is also essential. I am fortunate to work with a young and motivated team, which gives me the Smile every morning and I want to project myself at Vulcain!
What is your hidden talent?
My humor is a real asset to provide a good working atmosphere and to keep the team motivated!
