Peter, Business Manager, got 2300€ for an inclusive team from Coalpit Heath F.C. !
This donation will make it possible to finance complete equipment kits as well as training equipment.

” The team has 4 children with special needs who have difficulty making friends and engaging with others. Through team sports, we encourage friendship and teamwork, helping those who struggle to feel part of a community, prevent loneliness, and promote mental well-being. We accept people from all social and economic categories. Recently, we welcomed Ukrainians fleeing the war to the club, providing them with soccer shoes, shin pads and a training kit, so they could integrate into the local community through soccer. We traditionally have lower fees than other local clubs, in order to promote inclusiveness, and we only do positive and fun things. We are traditionally less competitive than other clubs, which allows us to not only have our best players play and to ensure that everyone has the same playing time. This means that we can lose some matches very badly but there is always a cake at the end of the match to share and everyone is happy! ” Peter

Frédéric Grard, co-CEO of the group, obtained 5000€ for the CROMIS tool from FFESSM (French Federation for Underwater Studies and Sports) !

This donation will make it possible to finance the improvement of the CROMIS tool, which works to raise awareness among members of the federation about the preservation of the marine ecosystem but also to contribute to research work on marine biodiversity.
“In 2002, Vulcain wanted to raise awareness among its customers and employees about the protection of the underwater ecosystem by federating them around an open water swimming competition: the Monte Cristo Challenge, which took place on June 25 last off the coast of Château d'If in Marseille. In order to go further, the group's management decided to attach to this event a project that is in the direction of raising awareness of the need to preserve marine biodiversity. So when one of its employees submitted the project to support FFESSM to the group's sponsorship committee in June, it was quite natural that the committee was convinced by its relevance. This tool, which needs to be developed, works to raise awareness among members of the federation about the preservation of a marine ecosystem weakened by human activity but also to contribute to research work on marine biodiversity. The CROMIS project makes all the more sense for the company as two of its employees are members and users of the tool.” Frédéric
