On the occasion of the European Week for the Employment of People with Disabilities (SEEPH), the Vulcain Group's disability referent, an electrical engineer in the nuclear industry, testifies to his personal experience and his commitment to young engineers.

From the sudden ordeal of illness to the Recognition of the Quality of Disabled Worker (RQTH), from job adjustments to the joy of transmitting his knowledge to young engineers: discover his life path and his vision of disability in engineering professions.

Her message to young people with disabilities:

“Go forward, go as far as possible! In everything you do, enjoy every moment of pleasure, accept them as a victory, because they mean that you are overcoming your disability.”
