The EOLE project represents a key stage in the modernization of rail transport in Île-de-France. With 8 km of new tracks connecting Mantes-la-Jolie to the west of Paris, the construction of 5 stations and a major maintenance center, it is a large-scale project involving more than 120 contributors. Vulcain acts as a BIM Management and Synthesis unit for SNCF Réseau, general contractor. Through this innovative mission, we define and coordinate BIM processes in the design and implementation phases.
The integration of BIM allows optimized management of interfaces, better forecasting of technical constraints, and rigorous planning (OPC 4D). Our digital expertise and our advanced tools such as REVIT, NAVISWORKS, BIM COLLAB, CIVIL 3D and DYNAMO guarantee better operational efficiency and increased coordination between teams, promoting the success of the project.
SNCF Réseau was looking for advanced expertise in BIM management to support the general project management on a complex project. The objective was to effectively coordinate the numerous technical interfaces, optimize planning, and guarantee complete visibility of the site thanks to digital technology. Vulcain met these expectations by ensuring proactive and integrated BIM management, thus making it possible to reduce the risks of error, improve collaboration and control project deadlines.

The BIM mission entrusted to Vulcain covers the entire life cycle of the project: design, implementation and commissioning.
