background

Onshore wind farm projects in France require perfect control of local safety standards. Since 2014, Vulcain has worked with several major turbine manufacturers (Enercon, Vestas, Nordex) to adapt and deploy their EHS management system to French requirements. In this context, our teams supervise all construction sites in coordination with project owners, CSPS and subcontractors.

We ensure both EHS animation, regulatory compliance (decrees 94/92), documentary preparation, indicator monitoring and event analysis. The piloted projects also made it possible to initiate structuring actions such as the creation of HSE feedback, the drafting of a guide for coordinators or the establishment of procedures specific to field issues (working at height, under load, etc.).

Customer needs

Turbine manufacturers are looking for a partner capable of adapting their EHS system to French standards, while guaranteeing active supervision of construction sites and effective coordination with subcontractors. The objective is to ensure the smooth implementation of projects, in compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. Vulcain responds by proximity, responsiveness, and the animation of local teams trained to international standards (GWO, electrical authorizations).
