In an international industrial context requiring reactivity and perfect control of processes, this project is based on the transfer of know-how and technology from Swedish territory to France.
The mission begins with a detailed analysis of the existing process in Sweden, in order to identify its strengths and levers for improvement.
Next, a new manufacturing facility is designed to meet local requirements, integrating a global vision of technical and logistical needs. The sizing of processes and installations is based on a basic design, an overview of the process, a rigorous mass balance, as well as the development of schedules and plant layout plans. In addition, the detailed design phase covers the development of BFD, PFD and P&ID, the optimization of design data and the estimation of the CAPEX budget, while the technical specifications of the installations, utilities and electrical networks are precisely defined.
Finally, the management of execution and construction is based on a coordinated launch with a global team, thus guaranteeing a harmonious integration into a fixed contractual framework.
The client expects comprehensive and secure project management that guarantees the transfer and reengineering of industrial processes in a new geographical setting. It requires a thorough functional analysis of the existing system, the design of an installation adapted to local needs and a rigorous implementation in accordance with deadlines and within the CAPEX budget.
