It includes several complementary components: the implementation of specific activities for HVAC installation, the development and digitization of test start-up processes, and support for electrical assembly operations. The preparation of technical parts relating to HVAC assembly contracts, the detailed analysis of the constructability of equipment as well as the definition of assembly and storage areas are all elements intended to secure and streamline the course of operations on site.
At the same time, digitalization, oriented to the production of test documentation and the management of input data, aims to strengthen the coherence of operational processes. Finally, support for electrical assembly activities makes it possible to optimize schedules and to guarantee perfect coordination between the various teams and business interfaces, thus ensuring flawless execution and in compliance with technical and regulatory requirements.
The client is looking for technical expertise capable of securing and optimizing all construction and testing processes on the site. This includes careful preparation of HVAC activities, the implementation of efficient digital tools for monitoring tests as well as rigorous technical support for electrical assembly. The challenge lies in reducing operational risks, improving coordination between teams and optimizing schedules in order to ensure execution in accordance with the standards and requirements of the site.
