Faced with a growing demand for biotechnological products, increasing bioproduction capacity is becoming a strategic priority. The project consists in duplicating existing production lines to expand capacity while ensuring maximum equipment reliability and preventing breakdowns. It includes a phase of feasibility studies and basic and detailed engineering focused on biomanufacturing and aseptic processes, also integrating advanced automation solutions. During this phase, requirements are clarified, user specification requirements defined, and calculation notes, P&ID, PFD, and plans are produced.
The management of tenders and the selection of suppliers are orchestrated in parallel, complemented by the creation and monitoring of a strict EHS plan. Then, the construction supervision and execution management phase guarantees the control of planning, costs and defects, while ensuring smooth communication both internally and externally. This integrated approach ensures compliance with key milestones, budget forecasting and overall project delivery, while maintaining safety and operational quality.
The customer provides a complete solution to increase its bioproduction capacity, which integrates the duplication of production lines with increased reliability of industrial equipment. The solution should be based on thorough engineering, with careful definition of requirements and proactive management of tenders and suppliers. The project must also guarantee construction supervision, controlling planning, cost control and defect management, while integrating effective communication and exemplary EHS management. The ultimate objective is to ensure the overall delivery of the project in accordance with deadlines and quality standards.
Duplicate production lines to increase capacity and flexibility.
Integrate comprehensive engineering (studies, P&ID, P&ID, P&ID, PFD, EHS management) from the start.
Oversee construction with cost control, defects and effective communication.
The mission aims to support the increase in bioproduction capacity by duplicating and optimizing existing lines. It involves two major components: first, the carrying out of feasibility and engineering studies integrating a clear definition of technical requirements (calculation notes, P&ID, PFD, plans) and the continuous selection of suppliers through the management of tenders. Second, construction supervision and execution management ensure cost control, defect management, and coordination of EHS activities. The aim is to guarantee the reliability of the systems, prevent breakdowns and secure the entire process until the final delivery of the project.
Conduct feasibility studies and precisely define technical needs.
Supervise construction with strict control of costs and defects.
Ensure effective EHS coordination and smooth internal/external communication.
