In a constantly evolving industrial sector, the need to increase manufacturing performance is now expressed by the rapid and efficient implementation of a new process on several sites. The project involves the deployment of six sites — Craponne, Tres Cantos, Tres Cantos, La Balme, Combourg, Grenoble and Marcy l'Etoile — in the space of two years, with each site having to integrate its equipment in less than six months. The approach is divided into three main phases. The first consists of a proof of concept, during which the needs are clarified and the requirements of the user specifications modified, by simultaneously establishing a planning estimate and the definition of the methodology to be applied.
The second phase focuses on pilot validation, with the training of key users on each site and pilot development on two distinct activities, followed by use tests involving 60 users. The final phase, the pilot deployment, allows you to analyze variances, create and optimize a MasterTemplate, and configure MasterControl based on feedback. All of these steps will increase data integrity, reduce human error, and save valuable time through exceptional review.
The customer expects rigorous project management that allows it to increase manufacturing performance through rapid and structured deployment on six sites. It requires an integrated solution that ensures the flexibility of batch files, reduces human errors and optimizes deployment time by exception. Emphasis is placed on the demonstration of feasibility through needs analysis, pilot validation through user tests and the optimization of pilot deployment to ensure a harmonious integration of equipment and an overall improvement in industrial performance.
Effectively deploy six sites in two years with complete equipment integration.
Ensure the flexibility of batch records and data integrity.
Reduce human error and save time with exception review.
The mission is based on a structured approach aimed at ensuring a smooth transition between proof of concept, pilot validation and pilot deployment at the six sites. It includes clarifying needs and reviewing technical requirements, targeted training and user testing to ensure the robustness of the solutions implemented. Configuring MasterControl and optimizing a MasterTemplate are essential for effectively integrating equipment, strengthening the integrity of batch records, and reducing human errors, while saving valuable time in implementation.
Clarify needs and adjust specifications to ensure feasibility.
Validate the pilot solution through training and testing with 60 users.
Optimize deployment via MasterTemplate and custom configuration.
