For this 2023 edition, employees were invited to participate in 3 round tables, an opportunity for everyone to question, document, debate, testify, share experiences around 3 themes:
- The balance of life times, to share the visions and best practices of each
- Sexism and bullying at work, to learn to detect and know how to deal with these difficult situations
- Skills developed when you are or become a parent, because they are wanted by the company!
