- First, the Social Dialogue in Action Trophy, organized by Progrès and the DDETS of the Lyon region,
- then the Rh&M Group Social Dialogue Trophy and its Observatory for a New Social Dialogue.
These trophies are awarded tocollective emulation employees, managers, social partners and union representatives, who, in close collaboration with the Labour Inspectorate and AGEFIPH, but also with our customers, have been in dialogue for nearly 4 months to co-constructing an approved agreement aimed at commit ourselves collectively to the employment of people with disabilities.
A dynamic of exchange that continues today during training courses on our inclusive approach, meetings with candidates at dedicated fairs, awareness-raising events and inspiring testimonies from Thibaut Rigaudeau, a paratriathlete whom we support in his preparation for the 2024 Games.
Because it is only together that we can imagine and implement synergies to remove the obstacles to the employment and retention of people with disabilities.
