Faced with the complexity of the activities of a logistics site bringing together numerous internal and external workers, the pharmaceutical group wishes to perpetuate its EHS excellence. The replacement of the internal EHS manager by an external consultant from Vulcain Engineering makes it possible to quickly redefine priorities by integrating a large volume of operational subjects. The project focuses on the management of action plans (SSAP, multi-annual plan), the management of EHS committees, the monitoring of training and certifications as well as the management of personal protective equipment.
Periodic inspections and ad hoc audits complete this approach. The associated documentation — RAMS, procedures, reports, and waste management plan — ensures that each action meets internal and regulatory requirements, thus guaranteeing a performance and operational safety system adapted to a high-intensity logistics environment.
The client maintains seamless operational continuity for its EHS activities despite the managerial transition. It requires rapid intervention, ensuring total control of EHS subjects, with accurate reporting and reliable performance indicators. The objective is to preserve the safety of the teams and to improve the waste management system, while consolidating the transfer of responsibilities by an external consultant who is fully integrated into the site.
