Conducting small workshops between each card session makes it possible to make tangible the various cognitive biases that influence us in our daily decisions. They made a real contribution to the collective understanding of the elements presented.

Building on the enthusiasm of this first public, Vulcain will deploy this tool to managers and employees as of the start of the school year, to widely raise awareness among teams about the mechanisms that lead to discrimination.
