background

In an increasingly demanding industrial environment, the reliability and performance of equipment are decisive for the competitiveness of production sites. This 4.0 maintenance project focuses on optimizing asset management and reducing failures in order to ensure maximum system availability. It is based on three major axes.

First of all, the planning of shutdowns makes it possible to anticipate the necessary maintenance operations and to organize the preparation stages by integrating joint activities. Then, asset inventory is centralized by managing all input data such as P&IDs, risk analyses (HAZOP), supplier recommendations, as well as lessons learned on similar systems, thus allowing for optimized spare parts management (references, safety stocks, and alerts).

Finally, maintenance 4.0 integrates continuous sensors and real-time monitoring via IoT, complemented by an efficient CMMS system, guaranteeing vibration analysis, wear monitoring and evaluation through intelligent performance indicators (KPIs). This global approach ensures increased equipment reliability, the relevance of maintenance actions and optimized cost management, by aligning operational performance with current industrial challenges.

Customer needs

The customer is looking for a 4.0 maintenance solution capable of significantly improving the reliability of industrial equipment. He wants an approach that combines accurate stop planning, optimized asset management, and the integration of advanced technologies such as IoT sensors and the CMMS system. The objective is to prevent breakdowns, reduce operating costs and maximize the availability rate of equipment through proactive maintenance based on intelligent performance indicators.

Specificity of the mission

The mission is to implement proactive and intelligent maintenance at the factory level. It integrates the meticulous planning of production shutdowns, the centralization and optimization of asset data, as well as the implementation of advanced digital solutions. The use of IoT sensors allows continuous monitoring and the implementation of a CMMS promotes a detailed analysis of performance indicators, thus guaranteeing improved reliability and an effective reduction of breakdowns. This device aims to optimize both the planning and the execution of maintenance operations in a demanding industrial context.
